I didn't need to speak to your sales staff as all the information was clear on your website, and your delivary man was friendly and efficient. Overall a very good service so far. Shame you don't provide plumbers who are just as efficient....

Although I originally had free delivery I wanted my item quicker than the dates I was offered. I was able to ring up and change the delivery date and get it within a couple of days instead of over a week. I did have to pay delivery charge but I knew I would have to. The girl on the phone was very helpful to get this sorted for me. I was very happy overall. Many thanks.
