Delivery Information
We deliver to the majority of England on a daily basis; with the exception of some areas being on our 'Two-Day' (overnight) run. For areas of the UK we do not cover, we have partnered with a third party courier service to deliver on our behalf.
Express delivery
Our express delivery offers a 2 - 5 business day service at a charge of £25
Free Delivery
We offer a Free 5 - 10 business day delivery service on orders over £150.
You can still choose express delivery on any order over £150 if you need a quick delivery of your goods. Express 2 - 5 business day delivery £25 per order (unlimited items).

Next Day Delivery
Our next business day delivery is available at a charge of £35 per order (unlimited items).

Parcel Force Delivery
For smaller orders (under 20kg) we use parcel force to deliver on our behalf. Parcel Force deliveries offers a 48 hour service at a charge of £15. 48hours from the following order date.
Two-Day Delivery
Due to driving time limitations, certain areas of England come under our Two-Day delivery service. Our Two-Day service consists of a driver departing with the goods on the first day, he delivers half the goods, stops overnight. He then delivers the second half on the journey back during day two. Obviously this service may conflict with our Next Day and Standard Delivery times.
Our Two-Day service runs on a Tuesday-Wednesday and Thursday-Friday. Due to variations in the loads, we are unable to tell which of the two days the goods will be delivered. We can help with delivery dates once the vehicle has been loaded if required. All delivery charges still apply to two-day run deliveries even if you are on day two and day two means that your order runs a day over. Next Day Delivery charge also still applies even if you're on a two day run and your order is delivered on day two. Next Day Delivery is £35.
Step by Step Process
- Browse the great value products throughout our website. Once you have added your items to your basket, click on the checkout button and double check your order. (If your are experiencing problems ordering from the website you can easily order your products via our Free phone sales & information line - 0800 043 0207
- Once you have confirmed your order, you will be asked to enter your contact details. If you live outside
our delivery area our automated ordering service will include the cost of using a third party courier by your
postcode location. Once your order is completed you will be instantly sent an order confirmation via email.
This also acts as your invoice.
If you have not received an email you may need to check your junk inbox; if you have not received an email within 24 hours please contact us - 01920 481000 - Once your order has been processed (usual within two business days) an email will be sent to you offering
a variety of delivery dates through our online tracking system.
If you have entered a mobile contact phone number you will be sent a text message notifying you that an email has been sent.
After you have logged into our Tracking System you will be able to select your preferred delivery date from the selection we have offered.
If no suitable delivery dates are available we can arrange more delivery dates with you.
Due to many variables we are unable to state an exact time of delivery. If you have purchased any products that are out of stock we will notify you and offer you the choice of an alternative. If an alternative will not suffice, you may wait until more stock becomes available; or we will provide a full refund.
We stress it is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery; All deliveries must be signed for. Due to insurance circumstances our drivers are unable to carry the product into the house; however for large items we ask someone is available to help the driver if needed.

Damaged Goods
We ask that goods be thoroughly inspected for defects or damage by you when you receive them. We are unable to credit items which have already been installed.
By signing your delivery note upon receiving the items, you are signing to say that you have received the item(s) in good condition.
Where outer packaging is damaged in transit, please ensure that if you accept the delivery, you sign the delivery note "Damaged Consignment".
If you find a defect or damage you must tell us within seven days.
Should your product have a manufacturing defect, we will do everything in our power to replace your item as soon as possible. If you need to report a damaged or defective product you will need to fill in a returns form.

Unwanted Goods
In accordance with the European Directive on distance selling, which has been incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Act) Regulations 2000, you the consumer have the right to cancel your order within seven (7) days of receiving the goods. Cancellation must be in the form of a facsimile, email or letter and sent to our address as listed on the contact us page along with a copy of a Returns Form. All goods must be in original packaging, unopened and undamaged, and in a resaleable condition.
For all unwanted goods, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. The cost of the product(s) purchased will be refunded to the card used for initial payment, within 30 days from when goods are received by us (this does not include the time it takes to be returned), on the understanding that the goods are returned in the condition in which they were received. Generally, we will send you a payment request for a £25.00 carrier collection fee, or £15.50 Parcel Force collection fee (for smaller items). Once a collection fee has been paid, we will arrange for the collection of your unwanted goods.
Items delivered by any third party carrier service will be charged at the same rate for collections as the original delivery. Once we have received the goods and confirmed that they have been returned in the condition in which they were received, a full refund will be issued.
Important Notice
We will however not accept back goods that have been opened or used. If you return goods that have been opened or used and are unsuitable for re-sale we will be unable to offer the full refund and you will be charged accordingly.

YOU MUST OBTAIN A RETURNS I.D NUMBER and write the returns I.D number in the top right hand box on the returns form. NO items will be collected without one. A returns I.D number can be obtained by emailing info@es-bathrooms.co.uk
