Once your order has been processed (usual within two business days) an email will be sent to you offering a variety of delivery dates through our online tracking system. If you have entered a mobile contact phone number you will be sent a text message notifying you that an email has been sent. After you have logged into our Tracking System you will be able to select your preferred delivery date from the selection we have offered. If no suitable delivery dates are available we can arrange more delivery dates with you. Due to many variables we are unable to state an exact time of delivery. If you have purchased any products that are out of stock we will notify you and offer you the choice of an alternative. If an alternative will not suffice, you may wait until more stock becomes available; or we will provide a full refund.
